Celebrating 30 Years of Dedication with Crandall Corporate Dietitians

In the fast-paced world of corporate dynamics, where change is constant and careers often take unexpected turns, there are rare instances of steadfast dedication that stand out. Today, we celebrate the remarkable 30-years of service by Rhonda Phillips, Senior Vice President of Regulatory Compliance, at Crandall Corporate Dietitians. Her journey with Crandall mirrors a commitment to excellence and an unwavering passion. Put in Rhonda’s words, “Crandall is more than a job, it is my passion and my family”.


Rhonda’s story is one of resilience, adaptability, and continuous growth. After attempting schooling to become a Vet, her mother advised her to pursue Dietetics. This led to Rhonda graduating in Dietetics in 1983. Little did she know at the time that this choice would lead her to a 42-year career in the Meal Service Industry. Her journey took her across the country from New Hampshire to Arizona where she found her way to Linda and became one of the 7 first employees Crandall ever hired. Rhonda recalls the very beginning, traveling across the valley by herself to communities and even working in pajamas in the basement of Linda’s home. Over the decades, she not only witnessed but actively contributed to Crandall’s evolution by aiding in the company’s menu program by writing Crandall’s first Purchase Order Guide and Pull Prep. The most significant change Rhonda witnessed was the technology that allowed Crandall to grow and become what it is today. However, despite this growth, Rhonda states that Linda has never lost the vision and values of what makes up Crandall: “Linda still remembers every detail of the meal service workers she has worked with and has made them each feel special. This is just as true with over 2,000 buildings as when she had 10 buildings”.


Throughout her tenure, Rhonda has given countless travel miles and late nights showing her dedication to this company. She attributes Linda for allowing her to grow and making her feel special. As we raise a toast to Rhonda’s 30 years of exceptional service, we also acknowledge the indelible mark she has left on Crandall Corporate Dietitians—a legacy that will undoubtedly inspire generations to come.
