What I like best about this job is the people I meet and the support Crandall provides. I like to say that I went into a community to help make a difference; Crandall makes this easy to do. I love meeting new residents and ensuring they are cared for. In every building I have been in, you can tell how much the employees care about the residents and want to help them live their best lives. Crandall is a big part of that equation as they provide the tools and support to do your job well. What a new year means to me is that I get to work in the fun and supportive environment that Crandall provides and meet fun new people and residents.
