STEP 1
Preparation
Collect all available data to evaluate your survey readiness once in the survey window (9 months from last survey). These are a few of the resources Crandall utilizes...

- Online pre-survey questionnaire
- Conversation with your local RD

STEP 2
Consultation
Schedule a Pre-Survey consult with a member of Crandall’s Regulatory Compliance Team and your community leadership (i.e. CDM, ED, DON, RD, etc.)
Your video consult takes you through a list of topics to identify potential issues. Survey preparation tools and the resources on the Crandall Web Center are also discussed.
STEP 3
Implementation
A Plan of Correction (PoC) is created based on the review of the documents in Step 1 and the conversation in Step 2. The PoC identifies potential high-risk areas and then provides steps for correction.
Detailed trainings, policies, procedures and other resources are provided to the community. The entire Crandall team is available at each step along the way.
